A recipe box, not a content farm
The recipes people actually cook on a Tuesday.
Anyone can join and post. You write the recipe the way you'd tell a friend — what you bought, what you did, what went wrong the first time. Add one photo of the finished plate. Other cooks can like it, which is how the good ones rise to the top.
Post it the way you'd say it
Ingredients as a plain list, steps as a numbered list, and a short note about the thing you'd tell someone standing in your kitchen — the swap you made, the pan that works better, the bit that always catches. No word count, no SEO preamble.
One photo, of the actual plate
Not a styled shoot. The photo you'd send your group chat. Upload it with the recipe and it becomes the card everyone sees in the stack.
Likes decide what's on top
One like per person per recipe, and you can take it back. The most-liked recipes float to the top of the browse page, so the box gets better the more people cook from it.

Fresh off the stove
See all 7One-pan lemon chicken and potatoes
Everything in the oven at once. The potatoes cook in the chicken fat and that's the point.
Fridge-door pickled onions
Fifteen minutes, keeps a month, improves everything you put them on.
Brown butter chocolate chip cookies
One extra pan, and everyone asks what you did differently.
Weeknight noodles with whatever's in the drawer
A formula, not a recipe. Swap the vegetables for whatever is going soft.
The only roast chicken method I use now
Dry-brined overnight, roasted hot, rested longer than feels right.
